1) What is your warranty?

You may view our basic warranty here. For an additional charge, we offer up to 1 year parts AND labor warranty on most engines, transmissions, and other mechanical parts when installed by a certified shop. To view details, click here.

2) Why can't I purchase my part online?

We strive for high quality control, and we want to sell you the correct part the first time. We may need to know additional information about your car or the part you need in order for us to serve you better.

3) The part I need is not listed on your search, can you still help me?

Many parts, especially trim and interior, simply do not have a searchable interchange available. Please call our toll free number, 800-362-2426, and one of our salespeople will be happy to help you.

4) I bought a part and want to return it, may I?

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee as described in our warranty. Freight is non-refundable. PLEASE NOTE: Electrical parts (computer brain boxes, heat/ac controls, etc.) are guaranteed to be in good working order. We CANNOT guarantee, however, that they will solve your problem. Please make sure you have the accurate diagnosis. Electrical parts are not returnable or refundable.
